Description
Pastis is an aniseed-flavored drink 51 created by the French company Pernod Ricard in 1951 and is usually taken with cold water and sometimes with ice cubes.
This liqueur is obtained from maceration of star anise from Vietnam or China, Provencal herbs and water. The difference between 51 and Pernod Pastis is the first thing their sos macerated ingredients in the second pass through a distillation process.
